Meet The Team
Vida is the principal of Pain Solutions and graduated with a BSc in Osteopathic Medicine from the London School of Osteopathy. She has more than 15 years of clinical experience. Vida utilises a range of structural and cranial techniques tailored to suit the individual patient and aims to holistically enhance the body's own healing system. Her osteopathy is complemented with acupuncture (dry needling) to alleviate pain and muscle tension.
Vida is a frequent participant at orthopaedic injury and surgery seminars which keep her up to date with the latest evidence based treatment options. This helps her patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
She lives locally with her family, dances the salsa and is multilingual in English, German and Farsi.
Caroline graduated from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2005 after four years of training. She has since worked in London and has run her own practice in Rye, East Sussex for the last 10 years.
Caroline treats patients of all ages with a wide variety of complaints.she complements osteopathic therapy with other treatment options, such as; acupuncture, low level laser therapy, as well as advice on work ergonomics , nutrition and exercise.
She is a keen swimmer , horse rider and occasional professional singer.
Tristan completed his training and received a degree in podiatry at the University of Huddersfield. He is Currently HCPC registered ( Health Care Professionals Council as well as a member of the Society of Chiropodists and Podiatrists.
As a podiatrist he is able to assess, diagnose and treat abnormalities of the foot and lower limb. He offers treatment for day-today foot problems such as; foot pain, toenail problems, corns and hard skin removal,, verrucae and diabetic care. He also provides biomechanical assessments and the supply of orthotic and specialised insoles. Tristan gives general foot advice to all his patients.
He lives locally and is a keen guitarist and music enthusiast.
